Membership Eligibility
Limited Membership is free for individuals.
There is a Group Membership option available on application.
The Group Membership option is primarily for organisations of further education ie universities, colleges, business schools etc. Group Membership is fee based, and fees depend on the size of the Group and the duration – the options are 3 months / 6 months / one year. Contact us info@corporateregister.com for a fee quote for your Group, stating approximate number in the Group and duration of the Membership.
Affiliate Membership**
Your organisation will need to have published, or intend to publish a profiled report on the Corporate Register website.
Fees: GBP499 annually
Reduced rate of GBP299 annually for SMEs (fewer than 50 employees) and not for profit organisations.
Research Membership***
You are a researcher / analyst / academic wishing to access the online database and associated research tools.
Fees: GBP599 annually, per individual. Reduced rate of GBP399 for academics and not for profits.
If you are from a service provider (CR consultancy, investment research, auditor, communications consultancy etc) you won’t be able to register as an individual. Please contact us info@corporateregister.com for further information.
Full Membership****
Your organisation will need to have published, or intend to publish a profiled report on the Corporate Register website.
Fees: GBP999 annually for up to three individuals. GBP1499 annually for up to five individuals from the same organisation.
Reduced rate of GBP599 annually for up to three individuals from SMEs (fewer than 50 employees) and not for profit organisations. GBP899 annually for up to five individuals from the same organisation.
Membership Details
We have a number of external consultants who choose reports to review. These reviews are independent – we neither select the reports for review, nor do we influence their content. Access nearly 150 reviews on our site.

‘Organisation’ Report Search
A single field to search for any of the thousands of organisations we profile – don’t include any punctuation in your search (commas and full stops) but you can try alternative names, We take care to get these names exactly right, for example if they are in languages other than English with special characters. You can also search for anglicised versions of such names.
Basic Live Charts
Select a sector, a sector and a country, or one of our descriptors which capture reports outside the normal business sector frameworks (such as charities, churches, football, universities – we have lots) to see a live chart of reports over time.
Group Members benefit from all the above, plus one Research Membership for one individual. This Group Membership option is intended for a group of 10-50 students with one member of academic staff.

We will feature the cover of your new report on the Corporate Register homepage, linking to the report profile.
Online (html) Reports
As part of your Affiliate Membership, we’ll include profiles and links for your online reports. We usually only include profiles for reports in pdf format, so if your reports are only in html format this is the way you can ensure they are included on our site.
Corporate Description
As part of your Affiliate Membership package, we’ll include a short description of your organisation (max 1000 characters including blank spaces).
Corporate Logo
If your organisation publishes reports profiled on our site, you can become an Affiliate Member. We will include your logo on the organisation’s profile, and link it to your own home page.
Priority Search Results
With over 124,000 report profiles and over 20,000 featured organisations, our database is extensive. Ensure anyone looking for your reports finds them quickly by upgrading to Affiliate Membership – your organisation and report profiles will always head the search results.

CR Report Statistics
An extensive statistics section with over 150 individual charts illustrating the data in our database (growth over time, by country, sector, report types, assurance, use of frameworks etc.) The charts are updated every few days. This content is unique and gives an overview of our directory of non-financial reporting over two decades.
Report Content Search
You can search the content of our many tens of thousands of reports, by using an individual word or phrase – an invaluable research tool.
Advanced Report Search
Instead of the single search field available to Limited and Affiliate Members, you can choose from many options, giving comprehensive, precise searches. For example members may search by organisation name, by sector or sub-sector, year, country and in any combination. There are several additional search fields including reporting frameworks and external assurance.Advanced Live Charts
The same basic features as for ‘basic live charts’ but with more advanced search parameters. The biggest additional benefit is that not only do you get the live chart, but immediately underneath you can see all the individual report profiles contributing to the chart.
