Sending us Reports
If you would like your report or reports included on this site, we will need the following from you:
- Copies and types of report
We need four hard copies of any reports. We include all reporting categories
featured on the site. We only include Annual Reports with environmental or social sections if these 'sections'
are substantial - around 6 pages should be regarded as a minimum.
We do not feature EMAS reports, as they have their own dedicated web site. However, if your reports include not
only EMAS Statements, but are also other reports in their own right - such as site reports or overall environment
reports - we will include them.
If reports are out of print please send photocopies.
- Contact details
Where can users obtain copies of your reports? You might want to send us details of
several contacts for different countries / languages. We need name, job title, postal address, telephone
and fax, e-mail.
- Languages
In which languages is your report available? If you publish in several languages, we use
the English version, giving details of the others. If your report is unavailable in English we will still
include it.
- Other organisations
If it is not evident in the report, it would be helpful if you would inform us
of the external consultants / designers / printers / third party statement organisations involved in helping
develop your report (name of organisation, brief contact details).
- Updating
Contact us to update information from your current or earlier reports - for example if some
language versions are out of print, if photocopies only are available, details incomplete etc.
